, gave me a strong curiosity and I started to do a search on the Internet on the websites of neighboring municipalities and to my surprise, I noticed that the municipalities that make up the Union of Sorbara have an office staff almost equivalent to our City. From a first reading, it seems that there is no difference between the two offices, rather than reading carefully the Council's website, there is no realization that while office staff of the Union of Sorbara manages approximately three hundred employees applying three different national collective bargaining agreements, our office handles approximately two hundred employees using a single collective bargaining agreement.
Mr Mezzini if \u200b\u200bthe tables published on the websites of the two municipalities are correct and I have correctly interpreted what I read, I think you can ask alderman Sabattini, "if our City is virtuous, as defined in the Municipalities Union of Sorbara ?
Also as you know, the law provides that the responsible officials of the sector to receive the

The reorganization of the city will be a long and hard work that is likely to create discontent among the various sectors, but at the end, I believe, will lead to huge savings for the institution and make it less cumbersome the relationship between citizens and Public Administration.
