Milena Velba In The Park

Palazzo Ferri

Palazzo Ferri is a historic building located at the bottom Crespellani Street, behind the church of Santa Maria Assunta, Ferri donated by the family to the parish.

House Ferri

In 1989, it was agreed between the City and Parish hypothesis of an agreement which provided that the parish gave way to the district authorities about 450 square meters of building Ferri and in return the council would have restructured to Parish the other 176 square meters of office space.
The Emilia Romagna, for this draft agreement, the City pays 800 million pounds provided that the administration hall, built from 450 square meters, five housing for the needy families.
For reasons I never understood the idea of \u200b\u200bagreement mentioned above was not followed and in 1996 the council bought for a billion dollars, also using the 800 million pounds of the Region, what was left of the Palazzo Ferri: a ruin.
After the waste of public money for the purchase and renovation of building Ferri and after twenty years of waiting, last spring castelfranchesi nine families have received housing.
In an "other" country, with "other" directors, this practice would have been stored in a short time, I would even venture to say that in the interest of the community castelfranchese, was not even open. Instead
this event, after twenty years, has not yet been completed because you want to prevent residents of the building to transit Via Ferri Crespellani.
In 1996, when he signed the deed of sale of the building between the City and Parish, in the deed included a clause that was carried in full:
"The parish of Santa Maria Assunta in the person's legal representative, hereby undertake to achieve, at its full costs, not later than the completion of the restructuring and / or urban redevelopment planned for the property to the separate sheet ... ... ... ... OMISSIS, a perpetual easement of way on foot and vehicles in favor of such units and at the expense of the fund is currently owned by Mrs ... .... born in ... ... .... place in the town of Castelfranco Emilia, Piazza Garibaldi and distinctly NCEU of that policy ... ... ... .... To this end, the parish of Santa Maria Assunta di Castelfranco Emilia represented as above, is obligated to indemnify the municipality Castelfranco Emilia, in whose favor such easements will be established from any charges, expenses or consideration agreed for the establishment of the easement described above, I declare to take full at their own expense. "
seems very clear! But apparently not for the current administrators.
To date, the parish has not yet found a solution to the commitment made at the time, indeed, contends that it is equally forbidden the passage of the residents of the building in Via Ferri Crespellani.
The district, which is expected to enforce the agreements signed, but commits its human and economic resources and find an alternative solution to the passage of Via Crespellani: a closed side of Via Ripa Inferiore.
This solution will not be "painless" to open a gate that allows access to housing, home Ferri, the City will purchase from a private 26 square meters of warehouse / garage, whose owner, in exchange, the City will make building an agricultural land in the locality Manzolino. Operation cost 150,000 euros.
must have the courage to say that the walkway to the parish of about thirty people on a Crespellani not create any discomfort and that if they want to use a different road, you will need to bear the expenses for the opening of new crossing .
