At the end of the last century, the town council in the village of Castelfranco Emilia Cavazzoni, made building a few hectares of agricultural land for the construction of a new industrial zone.

Why did not materialize in the area identified locations as required by Manzolino PRG? Why not broaden the areas of industrial villages Venturina 1 and 2? Why build a new industrial zone close to a town? These questions have never been given a convincing answer. I was just told by the municipal administration at the time, that the Manitou had dislocated his work elsewhere if their demands were met. The demands of Manitou could have been meet by exploiting the opportunities that the area offered, without going to worsen with new facilities and infrastructure reached a territory to its full urban use. And so in 2003 he arrived at the opening of new offices Manitou. From 2003 to early summer of 2008 this company was a golden age: an increase in production and personnel, I suppose also increase revenue.
